Features 

The arrangement of the shot blasting chamber body and shot blasting device of the steel structure shot blasting machine is determined by computer three-dimensional dynamic shot simulation. Directly connected cantilever centrifugal shot blaster with high projectile speed of QX30DS. The blasting chamber body is welded with 8mm thick steel plate to form a box structure, which has high strength without vibration. The interior is made of cast steel Mn13 guard plate (single shift production life is 2-3 years), and the guard plate is connected by the mouth, which effectively prolongs the service life of the chamber, and can make full use of the rebound of the projectile to form a second cleaning. The front and back sealed enclosures use 8 loose-leaf spring seal V-shaped devices, which can effectively prevent the projectile from splashing and reduce the wear and tear of the component on the seal. The remaining sealing layers are sealed with high-wear-resistant rubber sheets.

In order to reduce the friction of the bottom hopper during the falling of the pellets, buffer angles are included on the hopper.

In order to prevent the workpiece from being misaligned while the material is not running, there are stop plates at both ends of the roller table. The number of shot blasters can be determined according to the size of the workpiece, which can reduce unnecessary energy waste and reduce unnecessary damage to the equipment.

The pill supply system uses a special pneumatic control pill gate valve and photoelectric detection of the workpiece to prevent empty shots. The cylinder gate valve used by our company is a compact and lightweight cylinder without a base and ear seats. It is more stable and reliable than traditional seated cylinders, and it is convenient and fast to maintain.

The dust removal system adopts three-stage pulse filter drum dust collector + cyclone body + sedimentation chamber, and the dust removal effect is excellent.

Because the workpieces are transported by tooling, the roller conveyor drive system uses two-way transmission.

The anti-reversal of the hoist adopts double insurance design: first, the transmission head wheel adopts a ratchet and pawl mechanism to prevent reverse rotation, and second, the transmission motor uses a brake motor to prevent reverse rotation. At the same time, a lost rotation detection and alarm device is provided at the passive wheel.

Separator full-curtain flow curtain design: The variable-pitch separator is controlled by dual-cylinder and resistance-rotating material level gauge, and the flow curtain is automatically adjusted according to the projectile condition to achieve the effect of full-curtain flow curtain. This technology is unique to our company.


Projectile automatic replenishment device: 

There are upper and lower material level gauges in the silo at the top of the cleaning room to automatically detect the projectile volume. The lower part of the hoist is provided with a pill filling bucket and a pneumatic gate, which is combined with the material level meter in the upper bin to control the pill filling. The dust removal system adopts QL pulse back blowing vertical filter cartridge dust collector, which is stronger than the traditional bag type and traditional oblique insertion filter cartridges. It is difficult to maintain the oblique insertion and the dust of the upper filter cartridge falls to the lower filter cartridge, which leads to the disadvantage of undesirable dust removal effect.
