Currently,our factory is busy working on some large vertical machining projects.The material we used are all inspected with our spectrograph and material testing machine to avoid the error from the origin.We will review the tolerance requirements which marked on the 2D drawing and discuss with our customers.If there are some positions which are very important,we will pay more attention to them during the processing.We will take photos and videos and provide dimensions checking report to confirm with our clients before shipping.
Background:The accuracy of the machine tool is the original accuracy under the condition of no external load.Accuracy is usually expressed by the the deviation between its opposite and ideal state(for short Tolerance), the smaller the error, the higher the accuracy.
In the vertical milling machine the spindle axis is vertically oriented. Milling cutters are held in the spindle and rotate on its axis. The spindle can generally be lowered (or the table can be raised, giving the same relative effect of bringing the cutter closer or deeper into the work), allowing plunge cuts and drilling. 12.Q:How many people are there in your factory?
A:Currently, our factory scale is 30-50 people (under expanding),about 1/3 the are administrative staff and engineers, about 2/3 are the front-line workers. Our machines keep 24-hour running and our workers work on two shifts, which is 08:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 08:00. Our factory have professional overseas sales managers, and last year, 50% of the company achievements are from the global market.
